The past week: Key, Mice, Garden, Clouds
What a lame excuse I hear you say. Are you still in kindergarten or something? When are you going to grow up? Well, I’ve been wondering the same thing…
The last week was pretty bad, as weeks go, though not horrible. My certainty that I would get through the ordeal at work slowly got eaten away by doubt (Key+Mice). The result was pretty catastrophic, in a rather public way (Mice+Garden) and probably resulted in some loss of credibility/trust in me (Key+Mice+Garden). I think a lot of people are confused and worried right now (Mice+Garden+Clouds) because of the way I handled (or didn’t handle) certain things. Overall nothing was resolved (Clouds).
A bit gloomy I know, but life is sometimes like that. Nevertheless, I’m an optimist by nature, so I drew a few more to see what lies ahead, secretly hoping it would look better ;)
Weekend ahead: Scythe, Garden, Fish
The Garden again! Well, the first thought is a party or gathering (Garden+Fish) out of the blue (Scythe). I don’t have any such plans, but I guess if I did it wouldn’t be out of the blue ;) Other than that, an abrupt change? I’ve been rather reclusive, so anything involving lots of people or public spaces will be a change.
The fish also make me think money, together with the Garden and the Scythe, unexpected large utility bill? Finally, the Scythe can also be a harvest in a positive light, so together with the Fish it could be a large metaphorical harvest. Scythe+Garden makes me think of the internet, so perhaps I’ll spend a lot (Fish) of time online.
Live update: I literally just found out that someone close to me is starting a job tomorrow involving fish! Talk about literal interpretations…
Update: Well, I’ve got a new personal combo. Scythe+Garden=Pool Hall :D If you’re really imaginative, doesn’t the Scythe look a bit like the cue? Anyway, what happened is that shortly after posting this, I unexpectedly (Scythe) went out to play pool with friends (Scythe+Garden?) and had a couple of pints too (Fish). Also, I did spent a lot of time online this weekend. No harvest that I can think of, though two out of three isn’t bad!
